LICENSED PREMISES DOOR SUPERVISION

First and last impressions play a critical role in customers’ perception of your venue, and that impression is generally created by your security staff. Our aim is to provide a safe environment with a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where your customers are comfortable and are able to relax without fear of harassment.
All of our clients are provided with highly experienced SIA Licensed Door Supervisors
specialising in customer care.

Our clients are assured of a first class, professional service, with the emphasis on providing a good working relationship with not only the client management team, but more importantly, your customers, who in any entertainment environment are the key focus  of our service.

For us as a company, it is of the utmost importance that our door supervisors’ reputation and professional manner provide an efficient but friendly service to all with whom they come into contact.

Door Supervisors’Roles and Responsibilities:

Historically known as bouncers, security for licensed premises has evolved over the last 10 years, following the inception of the Security Industry Act 2001. Our fully trained and licensed Door Supervisors are a far cry from the old image of the “doorman”. Our focus is on the security and safety of customers and staff attending your venue or event, and also in assisting with the customer’s overall enjoyment of their night. One of the first duties of a door supervisor is checking the suitability of the people coming to your venue with the aim of ensuring that the client base is the one which you, and the law, requires.

Our aim is to ensure that your door policy is enforced fairly in all instances and to project a culture of co-operation with all aspects  of the local authority, from Police to local councils, to enable a productive working relationship and to convey a professional image  of your venue to all.

Other duties:
Managing crowds both on entry and exit of the venue.
Collecting tickets as people are entering the venue
Patrolling inside or outside of the venue
Dealing with conflict
Reporting and recording incidents
Dealing with emergencies
Liaising with Police and the emergency services
Fire Marshal duties

Qualifications:
All of our employees are fully trained to Level Two Door Supervision and are fully SIA Licensed in either Door Supervision or Close Protection. In addition, as part of their training, all staff undergo basic First Aid and Conflict Management training. Our company operates to British Standard BS 7960: 2005 Door Supervision - Code of Practice, and also to a level which complies with ISO 9001: 2008. Copies of our liability insurances are available on request.

Support Services:
We operate a dedicated team of Regional Managers who are delegated certain venues to oversee the operation of security at your  site, and to work in tandem with both the head door person and your unit management team. We believe that in the development of a close working relationship between all concerned parties, the aims and objectives of the unit owners and operators can be achieved to the highest of standards.
In summary, our services are aimed at assisting you in achieving your goals and providing a relaxing, comfortable and, above all, safe environment for your customers and staff to enjoy their time.
Please contact our offices where one of our consultants will be able to arrange an appointment to visit your premises and assess your needs. We will then be able to provide you with a comprehensive quotation for any services you may require
