Our guards will follow a detailed procedure, designed by us, following your suggestions, as part of their manual. If you would rather design your own set of procedures we will welcome your submission to be included in our contract.

With a one off cost, the steps included in every shift can be documented in our Watchman 4000 report which will detail the route that the guard takes during each patrol he or she makes, and give you a breakdown of the time that each area of your site is visited during any one patrol. This is achieved via electronic data points which are secured discreetly to key points on your site, that are scanned by the guard with a hand held reader during the patrol.

Our operations team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, taking care of routine bookings, alarm call outs and out of hours emergencies.
