I am aware of the fact that I have the right to politely refuse to undertake any task which I either feel I have not been adequately trained to perform safely or any task which I feel would be unduly hazardous to undertake. I accept and understand that if I do agree to undertake a task in these circumstances that I do so at my own risk and at my own discretion and agree that I will not seek compensation or claim negligence against any parties associated with this service including the end user of the services, or UK Security and Events Ltd in the event that I sustain an injury as a direct or indirect consequence of performing said task.
